Bathing is Prohibited on El Jablillo Beach due to a Plague of Jellyfish

Bathing is prohibited on El Jablillo beach from this Friday afternoon, as reported by the Security and Emergencies Consortium . An infestation of Portuguese jellyfish has caused the red flag to be placed in the area.

As can be seen in the image, the jellyfish have been found among the rocks, but also on the shore and in the water, the Emergency Consortium has highlighted.

In addition, swimming has also been prohibited on Famara beach , where the red flag has been placed.
