Early this Thursday, August 15, the Civil Guard carried out the eviction of a squatted house in Costa Teguise. The operation was carried out in compliance with a recently issued court order.
The eviction was carried out without any major incidents. The person who was inside the house collected all of his belongings and put them in several suitcases along with his dog.

According to La Voz, the owners of the house were foreigners who died some time ago, at which time it was squatted. Now, the heiress has gone to court to evict the person who was living there.

Two patrols of the Civil Guard were dispatched to the site.
