Lanzarote has added a new case of covid-19. This is an immigrant who arrived in Patera last July 8th to Arrecife. He is the sixth immigrant from that vessel which has tested positive for coronavirus. It was detected in the second test after they have been tested positive again for the first five and now this person is added.
All are in home isolation under Primary Care in the Nature ward of Máguez. In addition, these people are joined by the resident of the island who arrived from Mexico infected and in a few days the PCR test will be done again to see if he continues to be infected.
Lanzarote accumulates 95 cases of coronavirus since the health crisis began.
