Lanzarote Council, has closed the section of the LZ-703 road from Los Hervideros to guarantee the safety of drivers against the displacement of land that have caused a sinkhole.


With this measure, the department headed by Jacobo Medina seeks to guarantee the safety of drivers, which is why different solutions are already being evaluated to open this road to traffic as soon as possible.


A team made up of technicians from the Public Works area and operators from the Highway service has travelled to the area, together with the counselor himself, to study in detail the consequences of the sinking.
