People of Lanzarote have been surprised at noon on Saturday by a small tornado that has been seen from different parts of the island, especially from Tahíche and Teguise.
In addition, in various areas of the island such as Masdache, Teguise, Mala, Arrieta and Tinajo it has hailed heavily, leaving an unusual white blanket on the ground. The rain also fell heavily and the storm was accompanied by thunder.
It is in the north of the island where the most water has fallen, making the ravines run and even some of them overflowing in a spectacular way as in Los Valles.
