The Local Police around 8:00pm verified that on the terrace of the establishment there were more than 50 people gathered, including some minors, without respecting the maximum permitted capacity of 50% established in the regulations of Phase 1 de-escalation, nor the minimum safety distances established in the State of Alarm Decree.

The Local Police proceeded to draw up the corresponding administrative complaint, for violation of Law 33/2011, of October 4th, General of Public Health, informing the person in charge of the establishment.

The agents evicted the customers gathered on the terrace, and also urged the managers to proceed with the closure of the premises, after verifying that it did not have the required municipal opening license.

The City Council of La Oliva had issued a public statement on Monday on the health and safety measures that commercial, catering and hospitality establishments must comply with in Phase 1.

The actions of the Local Police of La Oliva have already exceeded the number of 400 complaints for non-compliance with the regulations decreed in the State of Alarm that continues in force.
